Your Guide to Orders and Deliveries

- Prices are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and exclude delivery fees.
- Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.
- Orders must be confirmed at least 1 day in advance before delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable once made.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
- For cancellations or changes, please notify us at least 48 hours before delivery.
- Orders require at least 1 day advance booking.
- Delivery times:
- All deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partner.
- Please ensure you or the recipient are reachable via Call or WhatsApp during delivery.
- ButterJoy is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unreachable recipients.
- Orders should be checked on delivery to ensure no damage.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our kitchen without a refund.
- Re-delivery is available the same or next day upon request with an additional fee of RM30.
