• ButterJoy is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unreachable recipients.
• Orders should be checked on delivery to ensure no damage.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our kitchen without a refund.
• Re-delivery is available the same or next day upon request with an additional fee of RM30.
